Uinta County has started work on the Chalk Creek road. They are installing cattle guards, culverts and doing some grading. They decided not to close the road, but you can expect delays. There will be heavy equipment on the road. The work will take 2 weeks plus. We will keep you updated as we get new info.: The state is planning to have a crew at Manor Lands to cut down dead trees sometime this summer.
Twenty one interested property owners signed up to have trees cut on their property.

Summit County to Update Manor Lands Address Information: Summit County will be providing new property addresses for each lot in Manor Lands. The addresses will be used by emergency personnel when responding to calls for assistance. The county will notify property owners as addresses are assigned. The current lot numbering system would make it difficult for emergency responders to locate a property in an emergency as lots are not always numbered consecutively along the roads.
