  Road Widths




In order to meet safety requirements for fire and emergency the width of the roads in Manor Lands needs to be addressed. Most roads should be 20 feet wide with an additional 5 feet on each side of the road.

Turn arounds and hammer-heads will also be addressed for safety reasons.
